These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of resiako.com (the “Site”), operated by Parachute Design Group Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site — advertising only

There is no shop on resiako.com. You cannot order, pay, or check out here. The Site is only an advertising page: it shows promotional information about products and links that take you away to someone else’s website.

Our only connection to those products or brands is advertising (and, where applicable, affiliate tracking). We do not sell the products, we do not fulfil orders, and we are not the customer’s counterparty for any purchase.

Content on the Site may include:

• sponsored or commercially influenced product presentations;
• outbound advertising / affiliate links that may earn us a fee if you click or later buy on a third-party site;
• third-party trademarks and product names used only to identify what is being advertised.

Unless clearly stated otherwise:

• we are not the manufacturer, retailer, importer, distributor, or seller;
• we do not take orders, process payments, hold stock, or arrange shipping;
• any purchase happens only on a third-party website, under that third party’s terms — not ours.

3. No guarantees

Product descriptions, savings claims, testimonials, images, and other materials are informational or promotional. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee that any product will produce a specific outcome in your home. Savings figures attributed to manufacturers are their statements; verify details on the official product page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or limit access if we believe these Terms are violated.

5. Intellectual property

Site design, copy produced for resiako.com, and our branding belong to us or our licensors. Third-party marks belong to their owners. You may not copy the Site for commercial republication without permission.

6. Third-party links

Outbound links are provided for convenience and advertising. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or policies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from purchases made on third-party websites. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to CAD $50 or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
